Recently, to further elevate the professional standards and clinical outcomes of EAP counseling services, CIIC EAP collaborated with Rudi Labuschagne, Clinical Lead of Lyra International, to conduct specialized workshops and training sessions focused on “EAP Case Management" and "Assessment and Focus in EAP Counseling." These initiatives provided expert-driven momentum for the continuous improvement of service effectiveness.

01 EAP个案管理 EAP Case Management
在中智EAP临床服务团队中,专职个案经理负责对所有个案实施标准化的质量把控、效果评估与风险管理。Rudi凭借其长达20年的EAP临床经验,与个案经理共同探讨了个案管理对来访者、咨询师及企业客户的多维价值,并通过案例研讨强化了团队在面临风险个案时的多元风险评估与干预能力,进一步巩固了中智EAP闭环式危机管理体系。
Within CIIC EAP’s clinical services team, dedicated case managers are responsible for implementing standardized quality control, outcome evaluation, and risk management for all cases. Drawing on her 20 years of clinical experience in EAP, Rudi engaged with case managers in exploring the multi-dimensional value of case management for clients, counselors, and corporate customers. Through case discussions, the team enhanced its capabilities in multi-faceted risk assessment and intervention for high-risk cases, further strengthening CIIC EAP’s closed-loop crisis management system.
02 EAP咨询中的聚焦与评估 Assessment and Focus in EAP Counseling
此外,本次培训还针对咨询师团队开展了“EAP咨询中的聚焦与评估”专题指导,重点探讨如何在EAP咨询中提升干预效率并监测咨询进展。通过案例解析与标准化问卷工具的应用演示,中智EAP咨询师进一步掌握了如何在咨询中与来访者共同设定可行的咨询目标,如何借助标准化工具对咨询效果进行客观评估,如何基于评估实施循证干预,从而切实地改善来访者状态,真正做到“心中有数,干预有方”。
Additionally, the training included specialized guidance for the counselor team on "Assessment and Focus in EAP Counseling," emphasizing ways to improve intervention efficiency and monitor counseling progress. Through case analyses and demonstrations of standardized assessment tools, CIIC EAP counselors gained deeper insights into collaboratively setting achievable counseling goals with clients, objectively evaluating counseling outcomes using standardized measures, and implementing evidence-based interventions. This enables them to effectively improve client well-being with clear strategies and data-informed approaches.
